Qualified from Liverpool in 1983 and spent 22 years in mixed first opinion practice with a particular interest in sheep. Certificate in sheep health and production in 1996. Since 2005, I have done some first opinion locum work, sheep consultancy, part time advisor to pharmaceutical company, locum VIO at Carmarthen VLA and then a regular at WVSC where I am still a director. Passion for sheep goes beyond veterinary work, live on a small upland sheep farm. Was veterinary advisor to the Stoc + project and sheep mentor on the AHIC pilot project.
