This session will:
Review current practice in small animal diabetic management
- Explain how quality of life can be improved by accurate and timely diagnosis of diabetes and it complications
- Provide information on newer methods of monitoring
- Review therapeutics available , including insulin types and the feline glucose reuptake inhibitors
