In this talk, we will discuss differential diagnoses and sensible first-line diagnostic investigation for one common presentation of nervous disease in pigs. This will involve considering when to report cases of nervous signs with recumbency in pigs as suspect notifiable disease. We will also discuss how APHA's farm animal diagnostic service can support you to complete diagnostic investigations of nervous disease in pigs where notifiable disease is not suspected.
